If he got hurt, our star player would be gone.
same reason Moreno doesnt return kicks

I dont think the risk of getting injured returning punts or kicks, is any greater then the risk of getting injured playing safety.

playing safety, he will get hit by wr's, on special teams, he will get hit by lb's

Eric Berry is a brightness in an otherwise gloomy fieldhouse.

If everyone played to his level (and Robert Ayers), we would be 6-0.

Who has the record for most INT's? Is it Deon Grant? I actually doubt Berry will get to 21..but he'll get close (he's not staying four years guys). But I do think he will break the NCAA record for most INT return yards.

Regarding the discussion of Berry on offense and special teams. The answer is YES and YES. And there is no longer a defensible argument to the contrary.

Did Deion Sanders play on offense and return kicks? --> Yes
Did Charles Woodson play on offense and return kicks? --> Yes

The argument that Berry shouldn't play on offense because "he might get hurt" is ridiculous. Of course he might get hurt. Any player can get hurt on any play. Sports is all about risk vs. reward. And this kid is electric with the ball in his hands.

How many interception return yards does Eric have going into the Wyoming game?

I know the NCAA record is 501 by Terrell Buckley.
