Eric Adams, so far 6 attorneys have resigned

If not for the utter dysfunction and blatant disregard for the Constitution by Trump & Co, this would be headline news for the next month. But it's just one more case of absolute corruption and illegal actions by this Administration. They've conditioned people to accept this ******** as normal.
So, it's your argument that Trump owns the MSM and they report at his leisure.

What I don’t get is why hasn’t Trump pardoned Adams yet? Just do it and be done with all this nonsense

Why should he? The only reason Adams is playing ball right now is because his protectors are all gone. He and Zuckerberg are both slime balls that move with the present winds.

Damn libtard who clerked for ...[checks notes] ... Scalia.

Weird flex. Post tweets detailing a conservative resignation but stayed silent when Adams was committing the crime. No matter how many times Jacob says ā€œwowā€ it does not make the liberals look better. Your party looked the other way until Adams challenged the party.

Other Democrats that he’s pardoned have stayed loyal to him. Note Rod Blagojevich and Kwame Kilpatrick.

No, that's certainly not the argument.
OK. I'll take your word for it. It's just that the MSM has never been shy about running with made up stories, much less if there were legitimate stories to take him down with. The way they've historically piled on and stacked up, I'm not sure I understand your logic.

The point is that in normal times, this would be a MASSIVE scandal. Now? Just one more on the pile.
The country was enamored with whether or not Clinton got a blowjob for MONTHS. Whole indictment over it. It was THE news for months.

Now? A president cheating on his wife, stealing top secret materials, lying, etc, etc, etc barely moves the needle because people have been worn down by the constant stream of ********.

May have something to do with the MSM numbing us with lies and hyperbole for going on a decade.

And I really haven't followed the case much. I do know the justice system uses charges as leverage all the time.

And it doesn't look like a pardon. It looks like the DOJ is ordering the case be dropped since it interferes with federal cases, much as has been done with informants, etc for as long as I remember.

Let me be the first to say that I am as big a critic of our justice system as anyone, for just this reason. I'm just not sure how outside the 'norm' this is, as much as I hate the 'norm'.

You're right but it's just semantics. I'd still define it as corrupt

I'd argue it's more than semantics but it does appear corrupt regardless. To my earlier point in this thread I don't see any reason to get bent out of shape about this corruption more than the litany of other examples over the last decade or more.
