Endzone vacation pictures thread……and concerts, apparently

If you should happen to find yourself in a Nation’s around, oh, say 1 or 2 am, please grab a regular slice of pecan pie for me. Or chocolate creme would work just fine; either one.

TIA

Where I am currently having a beer is down the street from a Nation’s. I didn’t know they were known for pies.

I’ve only had Nation’s once, when I was buying lunch for my crew and that was their request. Good burgers.

The El Cerrito Nations was our stop on the way home from concerts in the city and San Jose. Pre-Covid, there was always a fun collection of cops, minor criminals, and stoners (and concert-goers), munching away and not making eye contact with one another. I did go a couple of times in the daytime, and yes, their burgers and fries were a sinful delight.

There is a nano brewery across the street from that Nation’s that I went to regularly. Also, they renovated the movie theater and had comfy seats with tables and good food, wine and beer.

Did you ever go to Big Al’s burgers on San Pablo a little south of that Nation’s? I think it was actually in Albany. Really good burgers.
