Hello VN electrical experts.

I have some overhead spotlights (R30 size I believe) that are on a dimmer switch. I've put dimmable LEDs in but they run on full and the dimmer dial has no impact.

To complicate things further, the switch is a double switch with 2 dimmer dials; one of which also is the push on/off control - the other just spins.

Oddly, the one that only spins appears to go to a ceiling fan. When I pull on the light for the ceiling fan (chain on fan) and then spin the dimmer dial there's a little blip in the ceiling fan light. Can't figure out why someone would put a fan on dimmer.

Any help?

You need to update your switches to a newer Lutron switch thats made for your low voltage LED bulbs. The older dimmer switches sees the bulbs as being off(because of the low voltage) and have a hard time controlling them.
