They award electoral votes based on each of their congressional districts (1 for each) and a two vote bonus for winning numbers overall in the state.

Nebraska also does this. ME has a congressional district that chooses it's own elector.

Nebraska has one or two that do this.

So the vote in those districts is separate from the rest of the state.
