Why did you stop working out

I was an idiot and tried to go up in weight too fast...which hurt my form and therefore I felt like a strained a chest muscle. Hurt like a biotch for about 2 weeks whenever I tried to lift.

Pfft. I admit it was stupid, but I'm no rookie.

I would have but the doctor told me if I kept it up then I could do permanent damage. So I stopped for about a month and a half.

right now i'm only in 3 days a week, pull/push/squat

might switch to a 4 days in april
