Yeah said something about him being a better prospect than Michael Huff coming out of high school. That's a compliment.

I think he is going to be a great one, espeically if he has some smarts to go with his athletic ability.

The guy is going to BEAST if he's half of what his coach has talked him up to be. He's the second coming of Rod Wilks after listening to his HS coach.

I know you didn't just go there! I hope you had permission to post that....for YOUR sake.

Kinda like MWood talked up Gerald Jones? I'll wait until the on-field results start coming in.

Is this a shot at GJ? I really hope not. I keep reading trash talk about the guy but what do you expect. He came in and contributed immediately as a FR and has easily been one of the best WR's on the team since. He has played under 4 QBs (Ainge, Basketcase Cromp, Normal Cromp, and Stephens), will now be learning his 4th O, and has been hampered by some bad injury breaks.

Don't put the AD's mistakes on the kids. It's tough on any WR to contantly have to change to the newest coach, QB, system, etc.

I hope you didn't intend to bash GJ. I don't think you did, but he has been a very consistent playmaker. Not an All American, but solid and reliable.

His coach was the dc for Michael huff (university of Texas- college award for best db in the country) in highschool and he said there was no comparison, loften was better. He different, more physical, not the speed guy huff is. He did really sound like he cared whether anyone believed him, anotherwords, it did sound like a sales pitch. He's a coach at a five a school in Irving Texas and obviously sees some talent there. He also had a dtackle sign with Oklahoma. Maybe I'm wrong, but after hearing him, I'd say we have a good chance that we have a special player. He physical, so Im assuming he will play ss, and we are replacing a ss this year.
