Actually, Loften Never visited USC when WGM & CLK left. There were rumors that he might. But he didn't. He was a Kiffin recruit and verbal but he did committ to Coach Dooley. Dooley is the guy who's been recruiting him for 2 years now. How could he be solely a CLK gaff?
You guys may be thinking of Ahmad Dixon(another Texas kid) who was a Vol commit to CLK and then left for Baylor when CLK lft for USC.

I think most people are having a laugh at the fact that CLK and his staff were the ones who identified him, as you have referred to. I don't blame CDD for recruiting him. It would be a different story had he got on campus and pulled this stunt.
