It turned out, I think, to be a blessing that we didn't get Gruden. The way that he is coaching the Raiders seems to show that the game has passed him by. Could you imagine if we paid him $9 million a year and he was performing here at the level that he is at Oakland? I am now convinced that we finally have the right guy as our Coach.
