Neurologist diagnosed me with primary exertional headaches. Though he said it was unusual to suddenly appear like it did for someone like me. Gave me a prescription for indomethacin. Worked immediately. Now I’m back to normal. I’ll use the rest of the scrip then see if they come back without the medsTo clarify: brain MRI/A

For example.
40 pushups/10 rounds.
He means do 40 pushups and then grab the 45 and shoot 10 rounds at a target.and so on.
So your workout would make it increasingly difficult to hit the target.
