Eat right, Run..bike..work out..swim..yoga..and die anyway. What’s your health and workout plan

Sometimes
If my sleep is disturbed after a certain number of hours, it is very difficult for me to fall back asleep. So, the side effect of my prostate cancer treatment, frequent need to urinate has wreaked havoc on my sleep patterns. As example, the past three nights, I’ve not slept well. The number of times that I’ve had to get up to pee has been declining. I was hopeful of it reducing to one from two, but these past three nights, it’s jumped back up to four. This has left me feeling unclear in the mornings and kept me from cycling. I need more than just the energy to cycle, I need a sharp mind to cope with traffic.

Hopefully you will get it figured out Tin. I've been working on getting my sleep back to where it should be. I have tried melatonin and it worked for a little while. I am fixing to start trying magnesium and ashwagandha to see if it will help

I go to sleep mostly around 9:30. Up at 5-5:30. Sometimes I wake 2:30-3 and read something for 15 minutes to reset my mind.
It’s a vicious cycle

Have you ever tried Valerian tea?

Heated vinyasa this morning with heather the motivational speaker who trying to kill you.

I stated in another thread that I fell off the back of one of my work trucks and landed flat on my back yesterday.
While I hurt all over I can’t help but think that if I wasn’t in shape and had not relaxed for impact I could have been really hurt. The yoga today helped a good bit

First full 3 miles running in my vest with Nora this evening. It's amazing how much more difficult adding 10% of your body weight makes it! I've been gradually increasing distance and longer jog-walk intervals, so today felt like an accomplishment.
Does this not beat up your knees and/or your feet? I ran while too fat and gave myself plantar fascitis that always comes back. It's why I only run once a week now.
