Eat right, Run..bike..work out..swim..yoga..and die anyway. What’s your health and workout plan

Bike ride: 17.08 miles, 1024’ elevation gain, 1:45 riding time. Encountered a riding group known to me about half way into my ride. One rider had developed a bulge in his rear tire. When he elected to limp back at low speed, I shadowed him along the most direct route. It has more hills.
