Sup everyone. Lost some weight this year. No special plan - less caloric intake and more basketball. I'm 48 years old and 6'0" tall. I know I've seen 275 on the scale in 2025. Been 250+ for 15+ years. I decided to do something about it in March. It's gone a little something like this:
March 17 - 268.8
March 24 - 265.6

May 12 - 245.4
May 19 - 243.6

This morning, which is out of schedule so it won't make the list (Monday mornings are my usual weigh in) - 225.4.
I've always played basketball weekly. I've ramped that up to several times/week. I can't push people around in the paint like I used to but I can move a little quicker. It helps to have a 21yo son, 17yo son varsity player and 15yo daughter varsity player that are ready to go at any time. I can't beat the boys like I used to but I can still hold my own. But all of that doesn't matter if I don't control my eating. I can't out-exercise my potential to consume food. Anyway, hope y'all are doing well.
