I did something to my shoulder attempting a heavier bench than I've been doing and I'm so mad at myself. Haven't had an injury in so long. Posterior delt area, hopefully just a rotator strain. Resting today. Grrr.....
That's awesome!! Doesn't matter how you do it or how fast you do it... just move.I can't keep up with you guys. But I did get off the couch six weeks ago and started a walking routine. I averaged 15,205 steps per day the past 42 days. Mostly outdoors, but on a treadmill at Planet Fitness if the weather doesn't cooperate.
Comparison is a thief. The only competition you have is yourself from the day before. Be proud of what you have done and keep working toward your goal.I can't keep up with you guys. Yep, yard work is work. Riding a bicycle, I create my own breeze. I do it first thing in the morning to avoid the oppressive heat. It’s still sweaty activity.A big part of my exercise lately has been yard work. I don’t have a large lawn. It takes about 20 minutes to mow (longer if I need to edge as well), but doing it in 90 degree heat, even at 9am, is exhausting. I also trim the hedges, weed the garden, and add fertilizer when necessary.
