I'd take that money against Bama and LSU right now.
I would even take the straight up win against Texas, but leave the points alone...we win in a close, close game.
I'm not touching aTm at all - Elko is going to have that squad playing like their heads are on fire and their arses are catching...they got a lot to prove this year after last year's "let down".

Ummm, how would we not be underdogs in 4 of the 5?? Vandy probably gonna be a toss up come game time unless, unless we surprise Vega$$ along the way!

I’m with ya brother. My eternal optimist heart says we go 4-0. Highly optimist brain says 3-1

Do they know something about Texas and AM that we don’t?

We can't win meaningful road games so A&M is out. Texas is going to get its usually love because it supposedly has the most talented roster in the country but goes 9-3 every year.

LSU is getting a lot of love as well.

Alabama is just riding its name right now. DeBoer's Alabama is alright but not world beaters. I think they may have a down year.

Despite that, I don't think Tennessee will be very good either so the lines are probably right.

Well, good analysis, but I have to disagree

Um, I live in Baton Rouge and look in on LSU football every day. They got problems. There is Lane K hoopla, but the various units of their team, especially on offense, need a lot of help. You might say LK is a bright mind on the O, but, they still need an OL, and RBs, and QB(s) and established receivers, not just a hodgepodge of bodies.🤔

Since you live in Baton Rouge, here is my opinion about what has / is going on down there. I think the athletic dept is in chaos. There is something not meshing down there with the sports, admin, BORegents. Way too much athletic talent down there, too much money, and previous winning coaches that fail. Baseball not withstanding, which kind of stands on its own. I think the same issues were happening at Tenn until the same time White was hired. Don’t think he was the fixer, but insiders were moved on and the top level people created a workable program. No amount of good coaching came overcome that.
