Early Enrollees

I've always been curious about early enrolls. How does that work? Have they already graduated HS and just setting around the house or what?

They complete their academic requirements in 3.5 years instead of 4. They give up half of their HS Senior year and enroll in college early. It's a big sacrifice and I have to say I for one commend them on their efforts and commitment to helping themselves and the team get better.

wow. Most kids graduate HS and go on trips, take a break, or just party hard all summer since their starting school or work. That's pretty amazing they would give all that up to come in and do work.

Pretty sure Patterson, Autry, Sentimore, McCullers, Meredith are all EE's.

I think I heard Howard was as well.

That would be amazing. People are right...we COULD have most of our class here in January. That would be amazing. And then, as someone else has said, Dooley and staff can spend even more time

A) on the few remaining targets we have
B) Starting on '13.

Simply amazing. I love boring NSD's!

Only two things left:

1) Dooley has gotta wrap the class up
2) We gotta get to a bowl! Those extra 15 practices are crucial.

King is not one, said he's enjoying senior season

I'm not sure that means that he is not an EE. He is enjoying his senior season of football, but he can still graduate in december and enroll in January. Not saying you're wrong, just want to make sure you don't confuse enjoying senior season with staying all of senior year.

That is alot of EE's but I'm curious to know if it's a significant number more than other SEC schools get.

That would be awesome if we're getting our class on campus earlier than our rivals are getting there classes on campus.

What do the EE #'s look like for UF, UGA, and Bama?

I would say our number is going to be an exemplary number. Most people are filling out their class at signing day. If this happens, then only maybe 5-10 spots will be filled on signing day. I don't think many programs do this at all. Not to this magnitude.

QB Peterman – 4*
RB Hill – 3*
DT O'Brien – 4*
DT Jacobs -4*
DE Taylor -4*
LB Santos – 3*/4*
LB Henderson – 3*/4*
S Blanc – 2*
CB Crawley - 4*
DE Lewis - 4*
LB King - 3*
RB Cross – 3*/4* (heard both ways here)
DB Gray - 3*

Just to update the full list again.

That's 13/19 are early enrollees. And if Patterson, Autry, Sentimore, Howard, and Meridith jump on board, then that is 17/24, and I'm not sure about Diggs. I can see that finish. But we're looking at possibly 18-19/25, or approximately 75% percent of this class being EE's.
