WHEN...(not if) the Vols return to the top tier of the SEC I don't wish to find that we're only there because overall the conference is wallowing in mediocrity.
If youn's need to celebrate an ACC team whipping up on Bama...go ahead on and enjoy it but keep in mind Bama stomped the tar outta pretty much everyone in the SEC including US... so what does that say about the rest of us..???

We suck, and we know it. Watch alabama lose to anyone in any sport is glorious. In check to see if there is a chess tourney on right now so I can root against them.

Yep, ive got 4 or 5 people covered. I worked with mostly alabama fans....laughed my butt off to them all night. Lovin it

Hiring Butch Jones and that horse$hit offense set Tennessee back 5 years at least. Small OL, no speed at WR, small RBs and questionnable QB play. Other than that, it worked well.

Probably not identical, but he could have helped recruit a stronger class maybe. And with the o line we have coming in, it would be a promising future. His ability to read defenses would have been a boost regardless. If you don't think him being here could help, your a nutt

Never said he couldnt help. But people saw Lawrence play great in the NC game and are probably thinking that he would have been that great if he was here. We dont have anywhere near the talent of Clemson. And likely wont for quite some time. You are assuming he has great talent at reading defenses because of the team he is on. When you have elite talent at nearly every position, it makes the QBs job a lot easier.

Nah, I know the difference. Just really would have liked to have had him.
