He quit with 20 seconds left in the game - and retired from the dynasty.

He quit the game because he turned it over on 4th down in his own territory and I passed the ball - intentionally obviously - to try to score again.

For the record - I never run up the score - but if you take timeouts with under 2 minutes and are in hurry up 24/7 when the game is a 5+ TD lead (and when the game has been decided since half) then I'm going to keep running my offense. It took about 20 minutes to play the last 5 minutes of the game unfortunately.. And I only passed the ball on that last possession which was the only time I would consider it "running up the score".. every other TD was a run play where I was just wide open for a big gain or long TD drives composed of 90% runs.

If he really quit before the game was over and retired from the dynasty he's a sore loser. And acting like that over a video game would in fact make him a nerd, like I've been saying for a few days.

I don't think you can run up the score on him. I mean according to him, he starts slow and no lead is insurmountable.

It was an old fashioned rape-fest. My QB looked like a mix of Tim Tebow and Denard Robinson at times... breaking tackles and reeling off 78 yard TD runs.
