In the KNS article Griffith states T. smith is "battling" Childress for the starting PF position. Riiiight.

1) good for Duke - we need him

2) T. Smith will get the start, but Chil is probably playing at a lot higher level than the average fan expects. He made significant progress from Frosh to Soph years. He will contribute this year.

He'll contribute and be a fan favorite but he is not battling with T. Smith for anything.

Got a question here.....Did Duke go to jail over this????
Seems odd that he is busted with pot on university grounds and just gets kicked off the team for a bit, but....if i get busted with pot in my house i can guarantee i will go to jail for a night and pay a fine...glad hes back, but can someone explain this to me??

Doubtful that you'd go to jail for simple possession of marijuana...I'm pretty sure that's just a misdemeanor.
