thats not good. we have a lot of guys jumping ship very late in the game. im not too happy about that. maybe kiffin is starting to rub the recruits the wrong way with his treatment of multiple players. what happened to all the buzz from the past couple weeks?

Good pickup for you guys. Never going to be a star but will be a solid starter at DE by his Jr. year. Extremely hard worker and good kid. Congrats. Kid is a football player.

I always got the impression that Lane and Monte never thought that highly of him though. Seems like they are wanting more athletic guys.

It does not really suprise me. I really liked the kid, oh well I dont really think Kiffin thought of him as a high priority anyways

i have faith in the staff but it seems like outside of the in state kids that most of the previous staffs recruits are not fitting in to their system.

The Nelson kid we're picking up this weekend will easily replace him. Probably better.

This kid's had his mind made up about this for a long time.... no big deal.

this class i don't think is going to be average. either it is going to be outstanding, or it is going to be a complete bust. we will find out on the 4th

So... what are the chances of people slamming this kid for stringing UT along for months before changing his mind just days before NSD?

well the way it looks we will probably lose 2 or 3 more players. that along with picking up 2 or 3 more players, i would consider to be subpar. maybe we keep the players that are waivering ( not likely ) but maybe and pick up a solid 7 or 8 prospects and i think lane and the boys overachieved. for some reason i just don't see us falling in between. it really sort of seems like all or nothing.
