Santos and Peters were headed to Knoxville until they picked up on the negative vibe created on VN. Sad, but that is an unassailable fact. That one didn't turn out well for all involved.

This is a joke right? If you think they based their choice on this site you are a fool. If they based their choice off of this site, they are fools. Which is it?

Wrong in so many ways. It always makes me laugh when a poster gives a message board unweildy power to sway the world. Must work for the Obama administration. It was the movie that did it!

If a message board makes a player change his mind on a school then 99% of the time the player or parents have other issues, no way someone behind a keyboad should change a venue they truly are in for trouble if that is the case. Visit the school and see what it has to offer, if a message board is determining anything all I can say is that is SHALLOW and that person or player will probably never make wherever they go. It's never peaches and cream gauranteed on a message board and it's not case sensitive to players. I think I can say 98% of players and parents don't make their college choice based on a message board comment and if they do it is a GRAVE mistakle. GO VOLS!

Why do people compare units that never face each other is beyond me. You have to compare the units that face each other on the field.

I get your point and think the view is valid. As long as our 11 on the field is better than the 11 they put out on any given play, we're good.

Yep.

I want to see the our boys on the field whoop theirs. Dont care about who's on the sideline.

We're treading dangerous water...getting close to some Fulmerisms.

Hat on hat...beat the man in front of you...

I knew someone would try to get me because I didn't mention coaching but that's outside the scope of the discussion we were having. :p

:)

Yeh...I know. We're just throwing out stuff that sounds eerily similar to Fulmers philosophies.

Seems to me he is saying that his gut feeling, which is based off of nothing other than the fact that Poona is from South Carolina, is of more or equal importance to expert opinion and even written statements from the actual player.

I would call jumping in with something like that trying to stir up the pot

Wow. You know what my gut feelings are based off of? You must be really smart, Mr. UTC Guerry.

This is getting blown way out of proportion.
