Man, being in florida I can't imagine the idea of there being restriction on alcohol, although my home-marion county-still has a no liquor by the drink law....

Interestingly enough, the city I live in (Boston metro area, but not Boston city) is a dry city (there is one wine only store - and I'm not sure how they get away with it). We're talking no beer in grocery stores or gas stations, no liquor, etc. You cannot even have a bar unless it is a food establishment ... and to order alcohol, you must order food (I only know one restaurant in this town that even has an actual bar you can sit at). The city also has an ordinance that all gas must be full service. The good thing is that I can be in another city/town in 5-10 minutes in any direction.
