Idiot that lived here before me screwed up all kind of stuff. Bastage lives across the street now and won't leave me alone.

My builder screwed the pooch when he built my house. 5 year old house and I already have to replace the roof. hardwood floors and tile in the kitchen have been horrible since my 1 year warranty was up.

AND, I now work with the builders Brother, and Nephew.

This is an older house that is 50+ old, but so much mickey mouse crap it makes me sick when I have to fix something. Fortunately a new roof was installed before I moved in so that is a major plus to not have to deal with that for a while if I stay here.

This is an older house that is 50+ old, but so much mickey mouse crap it makes me sick when I have to fix something. Fortunately a new roof was installed before I moved in so that is a major plus to not have to deal with that for a while if I stay here.

my first house was built in 1880, and was a dump. We just gutted it and started over.

2nd house was built in 1940s, and should have been gutted. It was a mess, 3 additions, none were done correctly. Just a mess. I feel your pain.

They don't build them like they used to. I have seen quite a few newer homes recently that I wouldn't pay half the price for because they were built so cheap. Makes me sick.
