Drum line/Circle Drill start time

When does the team do the drum line/circle dri? Before they go back into the locker room so 20-25 minutes before kickoff?

Any help is appreciated.

The play clock top right of video says approx. 25 minutes before kickoff when I filmed this.

This was the Utah State game.
