Drew Richmond

Richmond played much better after he got his nerves settled.

Worst game I've ever seen Jashon play.

Coleman is apparently hurt and that's why he struggled. I'm willing to give him a pass since he was solid last year.

Weisman was meh. Still think Jones is better.

Kendrick is inconsistent. He doesn't get beat much but it seems when he does it looks terrible.

The Vols Oline matched up very poorly against Appalachian State's Dline, very poorly indeed

Maybe they have spent too much time "in the shadows.":dunno:

Agreed DD, I have defended young Richmond a couple of times on various threads today. He played a decent game. It was our 2 guards and center that stunk it up. The other tackle did not play poorly either that I saw overall as I focused on Kendrick a few times.

Also being a VN veteran can you change the title from just the player's name?

Part of me wonders if the real problem was center. Multiple times Robertson was trying help CT after his whiff

I put this poor performance on the coaches. If CT is hurt and you don't sub him or make adjustments then that's poor coaching. If we see that again Saturday we are toast
