His main points are he believes Cutcliffe will leave to take the Arkansas job if it is offered and should Nutt leave to take the KSU job.

He believes all the coaching changes were in the works after the Alabama game, regardless of what happened the rest of the season.

He mentions again the possibility of TD Woods getting hired as WR coach and Dale Jones as Special Teams coach.

Disagreement with Fulmer over hiring Sparky Woods to replace Trooper if Taylor left.

Mentions Notre Dames O-line coach as a potential hire. He followed Cutcliffe to ND after Cutcliffe got fired.

If Cutcliff left us to go to go to the Hogs, TN would be in a very tenuous position and Sparky Woods would not be my choice as his replacement. Kippy Brown might be a possibility however. The more i think about it, with recruiting and the off-season development that is needed, for Cutcliff to leave would probably spell Fulmer's doom. In the above scenario, if TN loses four games. I would say Fulmer would be gone. We better hope and pray that Nutt stays at Ark.

I just don't think this was a facade that he leads this to be. Does he really think that UT would have a big press conference, Cut would meet with the players and they all come out smiling about the new goals, and to have him on the media cicuit only to pull him when he leaves for Arkansas?

I'd think there would be a riot in the making if this is even half true. A lot of people (fans, team, media) would feel duped by Cut, Fulmer and Hamilton if this happened. When Fulmer already had to send a letter out apologizing I'd think this was the last thing they'd let happen.

The Knoxville media bites. They are too busy with there noses stuck up Tennessee's backside ti actually be good journalists.

Not to mention the fact that Nutt isn't going anywhere for at least another year - he has a young team and has been working with the AD to get the assistant staff corrected - something Cuttcliffe wouldn't do at Ole Piss.

what does he want, a cookie? for doing his job? that guy needs to get over himself, and stop kissing his own ass...

And i do agree with the other poster....if Cut did leave after agreeing to this job for ARK, uh, let's just say that would be bad for all involved....i just can't see it happening....

This guy is not a media type at all. In fact, if you google the guy, less the Dr. (he is a disbarred attorney) you will see why credibility is an issue with him. What was the name of that J.J. Kale song Clapton did?

RacerX is right. Nutt is not going anywhere. He has recruited one of the country's best high school QB's, who is also a local kid. As bad as Arkansas year has been they have been focused on this kid and the hype surrounding his arrival in 2006 all year. Nutt has done this flirting with other programs thing before (OK & LSU) and it hurt his credibility, so don't expect him to touch this KSU thing.

I think Nutt is concerned about his job security.

First of all, I don't like how this guy thinks he's some brilliant detective by announcing what almost everybody speculated was going to happen.

Our offensive line play and WR play stunk all year . . . our offense as a whole stunk all year and Sanders, Stephens, and Washington bore the brunt of the criticism since the UAB game.

Our special teams were awful all year--it doesn't take a rocket scientist to assume that Steve Caldwell would be relieved of his special teams duties.

Whoa what a prediction . . . all three will be replaced and the new coordinator will be David Cutcliffe . . . That didn't exactly come out of left field--he moved to Knoxville earlier in the year.

Almost everyone I've talked to since the Georgia game has said that Sanders would be replaced, and Cut was the sure replacement. I don't believe for a second that this guy is ominiscient all of the sudden b/c he can make the same predictions that any fan can make.

As far as Houston Nutt, they do have a lot of young talent, and I don't think his job is in jeopardy unless they have another bad year next season. Even if they do, however, the rumor I keep hearing is that sneaky Tommy Tuberville (an Arkansas native) is clamoring at the chance to pay back his detractors from the Bobby Petrino scandal of two years ago by coming home to coach the Hogs. So even if Nutt is gone, I don't think Coach Cut is a viable candidate. I don't think Arkansas fans could support someone that was recently canned by Ole Miss.

I also echo the sentiments of a recent poster that Cut wouldn't go through the press conference and the contract negotiations if he thought there was an SEC job waiting for him.

An to further illustrate that this guy is full of it, we just hired Matt Luke as TE's coach, and I've never heard Hancock say a word about him.

It's from JMH and this "rag" why would we even think he has any info that is even near what will happen..Best thing to do is stop clicking on the link, all it does is add hits so he can claim how many people read it and thus rip off the clients who advertise there.
