Dooley's future at UT (merged)

I've always though that lawyers were the most cynical people to deal with which is why we have rarely seen Coach Dooley say anything positive about the players.

Did KSU fire OLD Bill Snyder after he had bad years? He went 4-7 , 5-6 and 6-6 worse than Fulmer

And now he is just beating the #6 team in the Nation

What is it going to take to finally get rid of the bottom dollar discount crappy loser coaches led by Doofus, and get somebody who at least has a freakin' clue about how to win?

It's painfully obvious that Doofus can't get the job done. Why wait and drag out our pain. Just go ahead and make the change now, and we can at least get a jumpstart on our next rebuilding project.

What will it take for Hart to pull the trigger?

Stupid thread. How many teams sleep walk through games like this and come out better for it? Look at almost every good college football team and you will see it week in and week out. Win and move on. GBO.

how does that help get a jump start. coaches that are employed won't really talk to anyone until after the regular season. I don't see Dooley surviving ,but give him until the kentucky game.

Can you not take a moment and celebrate a win for the team before you start this bull s**t of a thread? Man, where you been all night? :finger3: That's my bottom line dude!!

Our depth will make it look like we made great adjustments. Our coaches are bad... We have much better talent

I would agree with the much better talent part, although I would say that talent didn't perform up to par this evening until we picked them off to start the 3 score streak. That all started with the defensive line on the left side (didn't catch the guy's number) pushing back two of Akron's O-line into the QB's face who then threw a high ball that was tipped and picked off.

With all that said, I don't think we made much of an adjustment tbh, I really do think the players finally stepped up and said "Hey, this is our game, let's win this."

We knew they could score, they put up 66, and 38 the past two games. They rushed to the line, they were pushing our defense to adjust, and we didn't. Is that the players or the new 3-4 style we're running? I saw absolutely 0 pressure on their qb for the majority of the game.

All in all we won which was expected, but I think the announcers on CSS made at least one reasonable comment (by they were terrible as usual) when they said the game was tougher than the final score indicated.

Car battery. Alligator clips. Testicles.

UT is not a halfway house for the uncommitted or underachieving.
