Dooley is a loser and this rubs off on the whole team. He needs to go ahead and go home to mommy. Clearly outclassed as a coach and certainly no SEC coach not even for Kentucky.

Yes, I hate how pass-happy we get at times. Yes, I hate how our team seems to give up when we're down big. But if you think firing CJC is gonna make us better next season and yet another HC change is gonna improve team chemistry and morale, you're delusional.

We're still 2-1, and will be 3-1 heading into UGA. We should be well-settled into our defense and new players will be integrated in our offense by then, making us more competitive as we get into the thick of our schedule.

Have some faith...it's still early. GO VOLS!!

Now it's 4 years? First it was 2 then it was 3 now FOUR? Forget it! We should salvage what dignity we have left and find a coach who can actually accomplish something.

And now those Walk ons, Freshmen and Sophmores are scholarshiped, juniors and seniors. I was giving Dooley 3 years to show progress. That has not happened. Still have kids in trouble with the law, still kicking kids off the team, still look like we cannot make adjustments, defense still looking lost out there--out of place, wide open receivers, missed tackles. Offense looks offensive against any type of decent defense--yes FL defense is supposed to be good, but they made us look like a 2nd rate FCS school.

Missed XP, going for it on 4th down too many times, and man, one big play is successful against them, and it seems like they fold. I thought they were going to win it after stopping the fake punt on 4th goal, then the big run, and that was it...game over.

We have a decent roster now. Time to get a real coach in here to coach them up. We made a bad FL offense look potent and a good defense look like Alabama's. This was too much to watch.

I am a LIFELONG Vol fan. Good times and bad, but once again, I see a badly coached team who cannot overcome and falls short. Going to be another long season, and I am starting to get tired of the "wait till next year" crap we keep thinking and saying. Heck, we sound like Vandy fans now...and that is a real sad state of affairs.

Tennessee matched up way better in this game. They should have won. I doubt this Florida team is in the top 25 by the end of the year. Florida is not at all that good.....which says alot for where we are at right now.

Like I said, if this staff has trouble beating Florida in the one year where the match ups favor us considerably then they sure as hell aren't going to beat them from any point going forward.

And when Bray, Patterson and Hunter go pro after this year, what will the excuse be next year (when it all of a sudden is the 4th year. More coaches will see this job as a potential to be successful with a real roster now...a coach who can win.

Sure doesn't look promising. Florida just played their game of the year, just like every year. Now they'll lose 3 or 4 games and be where we thought they would end up. There are just no words for it right now....

What game are you watching. This coaching staff has no answers. Orange pants has been there 3 years and can't even find a kicker. A freaking average kicker. Coaching staff thinks they don't need a running game...Well how is that working out for us. 3 years and not a running back on campus....and the vols quit tonight. Coaching is pitiful. Bill battle jr.

I am rooting for Dooley but I think this will be his last year and I think that we will have Bray back next year no way he gonna get drafted this year. He looked bad tonight. Lots of forced throws.

So be it. I root for the under dog and am not going to abandon UNTIL a new coach is hired. Dooley got a sh** situation and a sh** hand to embrace. Yet, he recruited his tail off according to star sites (with less than winning records). If a new coach is hired, takes Dooley's hand and makes it a winner, I am all for it! :peace2:
