Been watching Dooley during this game... Noticed that he does not COACH during the game. He talks to assistants in his headset and only takes headset off to talk to officials.

... I do not know any successful coach that is successful by not COACHING his team.
Saban and Miles chew their players out everytime they come to the sideline and didn't execute. Dooley doesn't even look at his guys.

You people keep blaming the coaches. At some point, the players have to play and they haven't yet. Secondary can't cover anyone and the receivers can't get open consistently. That is not all coaching.

He has done as well as he can with what he is capable of. He has built a VFL program, recruited well, and has coached with character.
But he is paid to win. He is not doing that. Time to bring in a Championship level coach.
Call Boise State, ok state, south Carolina, Clemson, and even louisianna Monroe and let's set up interviews

why in the heck would you go to the shotgun on 4th and 1 it hasnt worked yet go under center and run the dang ball thats all wee have to do to win this game and let lane run some not to just give neal a breather !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have a team with no heart and no leadership from it's players. A new coach will change nothing but make the rebuilding process that much longer and that much more difficult.

If he had recruited well, there would be a decent RB to hand off to by now. instead they are trotting out a 170 pd nothing afterthought true freshman because they stink.
