He's the anti-Croom.

If you got a coach on the hot seat, play Dooley. It's a guarantee to buy your coach another year.

I was happy with the Dooley hire(after not landing a "big name" coach) but I'm losing faith little by little week by week....I just hope he ends up being what I think he can be here

I know right, A team with this many Seniors and Juniors and with all thier experience and this is the best we can do??? We should thank Phil and Kiffin for the players they left Dooley and blame Dooley for his coaching

Thank you.

This isn't Dooley's fault. A head coach can't possibly be expected to get his players to play hard or have 11 players on the field every play.

Cause this is all his fault...

Not to dump on Dooley, but who's responsible for this team if he isn't? I wish him the best and hope he exceeds all of our expectations, but he is ultimately responsible for the performance of the team. People who don't see this are drinking too much of his kool aid. Of course if it gives you perfectly sculpted hair like his, I may try it.

This, times a thousand. However, most people here can't comprehend the multiple factors that contributed to our current situation.

A rebuilding process like the one Dooley was handed doesn't cater very well to the impatient or faint of heart....

Maybe some of you Volnation All Stars should take a break until 2012

Yeah because the Turnovers had nothing to do with this game getting away from UT. I'm sure Dooley never preaches ball security, and because of Dooley the players have no idea how to secure the football or catch a punt

he can't coach and by the way neither can Justin Wilcox. This is not pee wee football it is the SEC. Both are confused, outcoached, and not SEC material. They should have stayed in the wAC where their incompetence is not so severly on display.

Lucky for us that everyone we play the rest of the year has job security.

If you want to coach a team with fans who begin questioning you before you've coached a game at the school coach at UT. If you want to shoulder the blame for three years of turmoil, coach at UT.

Yeah, because questioning the hiring of a guy who failed to match Gary Crowton's production at Louisiana Tech is totally irrational.

You and all of the other self-important negavols have not given the guy a chance. Alot of people are tire of hearing it.
