The "Really Good/Great players" that came out of the time butch was HC, I believe he inherited, I don't know of any he recruited/developed-remember how many ill informed idiots told us over and over and over just how great a recruiter butch was?? He never came close to beating Bama. He never beat UGA, UF or SC. His 3rd and 4th years were very close to being amazing. People will say that his coaching lost those close game's. But coaching got us into close game's. Stop making the guy the devil.
