Name the last 10 strength and conditioning coaches we've had on the Hill.

Who cares? Much ado about nothing.

Why? If the new guy is twice as good, would it be "unfortunate if true"? Some people are making conclusions that are silly. I did not see any superior strength or conditioning last year.

Could not agree more! That's why we are fans, and he is the coach. The guy [DD] is sharp...let him run his own team.

There are a lot of morons on here getting their panties all in a wad about dooley over this.

Ausmus would have left to New Mexico St. if Yaw-Yaw called and said he needed a cabana boy to oil his shirt-ripping chaff rash.

Oh, the irony!

If CDD wants his own guy, so be it. If CAA wanted to go to USC, well, thats that too. Something in my mind tells me that the dots connect, i can't see how CAA loved Knoxville so much over a year, only to be 'forced' to USC by the evil Dooley firing him.

We're on our 3rd coaching idealism over 15 months or so, there is going to be lots of turnover, i'm thinking AA is the last of the old guys.

maybe just maybe CDD found out AA may have been funneling recruiting secrets to USC.

i just love conspiracy theories

Tom Myslinski is available. Former UT grad. Just released by the Cleveland Browns as strength and conditioning coach after 8 years (dunno why).

Don't forget that Ausmus was S&C coach #2 for the Kiffin regime. I'm sure whoever Dooley has in mind, if not already offered/accepted, will be a suitable replacement.

Arnold is to Republican as Hitler is to.. well, Republican.

Arnold is not a republican. He is a RINO (Republican in Name Only), which is a democrat pretending to be a republican. Hitler, along with Lenin, has more in common with democrats than republicans.

People forget that AA was at USC and with O and K longer than he has been with UT. He may be a UT graduate, but he has a lot of history with USC and its new staff. All of this talk about him wanting to be here may have been BS, so all of the people ragging on Dooley for letting him go, etc. may have their facts wrong. My bet is he left to go back with his buddies and to make more money.

Arnold is fiscally conservative - socially/ethically liberal which if given the choice of a bi-partisan mix, you'd choose this over socially conservative and fiscally liberal.
Communism is farther left than the leftists in a democracy but would be more similar to them than republicans. However, Hitler is farther right than republicans and, despite the word "socialist" it the party name, had nothing little to do with socialism and was more about a dictatorship. Remember, Nazis hated Communists - opposite ideal.

just saying, FWIW...not that it should matter on here

I agree. I trust Dooley's judgment on this one.
