I won't even notice a change. Things haven't been good here in Knoxville since 2007, and even then there was a little unrest.

Hart isn't purposely hamstringing anyone but he isn't going to give multiyear extensions when he thinks Dooley isn't the guy for the job..

If Dooley were to resign/get fired tomorrow who in the hell with any sort of record or ability to save a recruiting class and bring stability to a chaotic would take the job right this minute with all the problems we have?
