Dooley shouldn't be fired for losing the KY game.

He should be fired for:

1) a 6-7 record overall in 2010
2) a 5-7 record overall in 2011
3) a 1-7 record vs. SEC in 2011
4) never winning a game when trailing in the first half.
5) Constantly blaming the players rather than accepting some fault on himself and staff.

Dooley (per Rucker): "You don't always get what you want, you get what you deserve."

You also forgot we just had our first back to back losing seasons since 1910-11.

He isn't getting fired. Those that think he will or should be fired need to learn a little something about the mess he inherited.

The program is on track. The thing that is needed is time. The unfortunate thing is we live in a what have you done for me lately or win and win now society.

What is needed is patience. Again, some of you can't except this.

Having said this, I fully realize the expectations at Tennessee are high and they should be.

Things have been this bad before. If you don't believe me go look up the start of the Majors era.

NOTHING about this program is on track. No heart, no passion, no fight.

If they were getting pounded but giving their all, it would be one thing. But these kids are lazy and look like they could care less about the losing. Thst is 100% on the coaches..

Yeah right, if the players don't want to play then sit there happy asses down and play some that want to be there! That is the players they are the one that actually have to perform!

We might have some common ground in saying the coaches have to get the player up for the game. That said in the long run the PLAYERS HAVE TO PERFORM!

Stop posting this everywhere. Our basketball team is going to be doing the same thing our football team is when their regular season ends...at home watching everyone else.
