He says he will appeal the flag IF IT CAN reverse the outcome of the game.

His reasoning: LSU subbed quickly, and in reverse, UT has time to sub also since they subbed. But what he is saying is that UT did not get adequate enough time to get all the correct subs for them and they snapped the ball too quickly.

how about they review the entire last 15 seconds and look for those penalties LSU committed

That makes no sense. Since when is the offense required to wait for the defense to be prepared?

He's wasting his time. They never overturn that stuff. Les got his one gift this year now it's time for him to start losing, because the refs can't help them every week.

Its a rule that came into effect a couple years ago. It protects the D. Dooley might have a point, but idk if he will appeal and actually win

I hope this is a joke. His behavior at the end of the game was sickening. He should have shook Miles hand and taken responsibility for the loss instead of coming up with some crap about LSU snapping the ball quickly and wasting his time trying to appeal a call.

Fact is we were lined up to play ball. It's not like guys were coming in and going off the field when the snap took place.

That is a rule. The only problem is UTs players were set. He had enough time to sub, he just did it poorly. Weak case. Let it go, Dooley.

This will be such a rollercoaster if anything comes of it.

No way on God's green earth that the SEC and the refs would reverse that decision. Sounds more like sour grapes than a legitimate appeal.

I don't agree. He has fire. Fact is when Kiffin did stuff like this last year, we praised him.

Once he reviews the play, he will realize there is no case.

I don't know the exact rule, but there is some sort of a rule along those lines. The offense never huddled and was running guys on and off the field. I don't know, I just remembered hearing something about it a week or two ago for the first time.
