Over the past season, I have been very critical of Derek Dooley. I believe, that while I have been justified in my argument, the time has come to bring peace to Vol Nation. I have been banned a few months ago for being aggressively critical of Dooley and his supporters. While I am not a Dooley supporter, I do believe that Coach Dooley has made qualified selections to fill his staff. I now believe that now is the time for healing and that is needed now. What I propose is a 6 month peace treaty that would require all posters to refrain from negative or critical posts for the next 6 months. Please join the peace treaty by commenting.

There is no time limit on being a true fan. You always pull for your team. Your like one of those friends that only comes arouund on payday wanting to hang out. ... sooo You will give it 6 months .. humm I don't think so .. you will be back on trolin under 2 or 3 other names by spring.
That's fine .. troll away .. but relize when the ship turns you will look like a fool ... you know ... kinda like now.

We don't want the bandwagon fans jumping back on now. You have made it clear how much you don't like DD, so when things start to go good, don't come back on here trying to make a "peace treaty". You are one of the most ignorant posters here, so please do us a favor and go crawl back underneath a rock. We want real fans here!

Regardless if troll or jumping on the bandwagon, I say water under the bridge and move on. We can all man up, change our opinion, etc. He came on here and fessed up (although I have never heard of him either). Give the guy a break but I think the solution he suggests should be for 9 months. Let see how the season goes before acting like idiots as we all have over the past couple of months.

We are all Vols and frustrated over the past few seasons! Can't we all just get along!? :peace2: at least until time to meltdown again (hoping we never have to and we have turned the corner)?
