The players did everything they have been asked to do to have a chance to win a game like this. This loss is on the coaches.

I was solidly in the Dooley camp until today... Now I'm not so sure about him. Wilcox lost me last week. I will say that Simms seems to be improving SLIGHTLY, but a loss is still a loss.....

Maybe, but the truth of the matter is that Dooley/Wilcox got outmanuevered by Miles/Chavis.... We had several chances to put the game away late but didn't do it. That's not solely on the players.

Outfoxed by Miles? How the hell do you figure? Is Dooley responsible for the defensive substitutions?

I'm n ot saying to fire the dude but he needs to step it up. We could have won this game today and didn't, largely due to the coaches mismanagement of the final plays...

Dooley knew it was happening as it happened....what is he supposed to do call a time out to stop the clock for LSU?

We did not get outfoxed by miles. He is a blooming idiot! However, he is the luckiest coach alive!

We weren't "outfoxed" by Miles. He made more stupid decisions that Dooley, but managed to win with a tremendous talent advantage.

There is such a thin line between being smart and being an idiot as a coach. If that penalty is not called, we would see a hundred threads about how great Dooley is. The truth is usually somewhere in the middle.

Three stupid decisions by Dooley staff cost UT this game:
1. Missed FG by Parlady - you have Lincoln on the sidelines who is 7 for 7 this year with a 49 yarder; why the hell did he not kick?
2. 4th and inches with 5 minutes to go - Simms is 6'2" 230; why not go with the QB keeper or kick a field goal? A FG would have sent this game to OT where we are 10-2
3. Substitution at the end - why try to run guys on/off the field with only 10 seconds left? Keep your Defense thats on the field in the game

I have been a Dooley supporter from day 1 - but this makes me wonder if we hired the right guy. Those decisions are inexcusable!

I'm behind Dooley. **** happens. We will be a better team because of this. I doubt you can say the same about that clueless retard Miles' team.
They are the #10 team in the country and they acted like they just won the MNC lulz.

We aren't even supposed to compete yet we have played over our heads this season. This loss sucks,no doubt, but things will be better.
