But definitely beware oh weak minded fan who forgets so easily what LK did to our program because Dooley might become offended by your simple mindedness. Why do you not realize you can induce insecurity into our program (your program) by having diarrhea of your own thoughts squirtting out onto your own keyboards. Learn a simple lesson in life right here right now for yourself, “build it up, if you want it built up” but don’t “tear it down, or it will be torn down.” (I did just put that thought together – cudos to me)

These are young men, young players, and new coaches. YOU MUST GIVE THEM TIME! THEY WILL BE GREAT! BUT your diarrhea of negative thoughts squirting out onto the computer screen doesn't just stink but does more harm than good. Shewwwww it's so smelly. Sheww!

Year Zero was last year. Year ONE is this year. Don’t push a low self image on our team or our culture because if you DO have such high standards for themselves and others then YOU SHOULD SHOW HIGH STANDARDS as a Fan. It’s oxy moronic. 1. The GIVE THEM TIME part, or

Good post.

And for those who think that the coordinators need to go, I suggest thinking again. I think the results on the field thus far are the product of youth and lack of serious depth in key positions.

Last year was year 1a. This season is year 1b.

It is going to take time to clean up the mess left by CPP and CLK. Patience.

Truthfully, I do.

But here's the catch, do I think the staff, top to bottom, is capable of producing an SEC championship team? I am honestly starting to waiver on my stance of yes, but it is still a yes. However, my opinion may change by this time next year.

Great post. Too many expecting immediate results. No SEC team has gone through 3 coaches like we did in 3 years. That was last year by the way.

Yes, but Caldwell was a continuation of Johnson - not a wholesale changeout. Also Caldwell was a continuation of scheme, philosophy, and staff.

We went from Fulmer's FULL STAFF and all that went with it, to

Kiffoon's WHOLESALE CHANGE-out of Staff, Scheme, Philosophy, and Character, and Intellect, (which included his new little boy named Knox that he later claimed was not named from anything to do with our area), to

Dooley's WHOLESALE improvements and the much improved, highly qualified Staff and Vol For Life.

We have experienced Unbelievable change like never before in the history of a top tier football program. Kiffoon really, really hurt our program. The only good left after the Storm of the Century was Cheney and a few good players. No Depth whatsoever. Depth takes time to build.

Just think of where we were 16 months ago and where we are now!

Then Spike Dykes is in real trouble. 2-4 with wins over central arky and idaho. Most people at Tech really like Dooley and were sad to see him go. I know because I live here and talk to people close to the program all the time.
