Listening to first take Steven A. Smith made a comment about Jason Garrett he said the guy was Taylor made to be a coordinator. That made me think of CDD. This guy probably has an incredible amount of football knowledge, he has great intentions and was a great face for the program during the NCAA mess but his use and time has passed. I think he has skill at being a coach who can pull schools out of messes. Any way's this guy is not a nor never will be a GREAT coach. He is tailor made to be an assistant not a head coach. He mismanages time, players, etc. Also us discussing CDD lack of ability is going to impact the game at all his ability is so all of you CDD love JUMP please

Got him all wrong. His demeanor is that of a head coach and AD. The guy does have some talent. He inherited a crap load of problems. Granted, most good coaches win in their 3rd year. He still has a chance to do that. I like the way he treats the lame a$$ Knoxville media. They deserve it and are cancerous. The Knoxville media will never ever ever be allowed at practice again. They would have written articles about every wrinkle and scheme the Vols practiced. Evan Woodberry is a joke. What a chode

Can't we hold off on this talk until the end of the season?? There are still a lot of games to be played. Good grief.

I hope Dooley turns the corner this year because I really like him and the quality of character he brings to the program. Not to mention he bleeds orange and would do anything for us. Fingers crossed

Lmao man I could 13-14 you could win 13 games in 3 years. And saying he is more qualified than any poster is like saying McCullers is smaller than The Big Show he is still big as hell.

But he has already coached in 64 games we have big enough sample to make a prediction that has statistical significance

So what? He's not going anywhere before the end of the season regardless of how many threads or posts are made about it.

Any time Stephen A. Smith inspires a "deep thought" it is time to take a long, hard look in the mirror.

So many dumb azzes on this board. I hope Dooley gets his 8 wins this year and a 5year new contract. It'll be fun to watch all the heads explode!
