Doesn't matter how many people post to the contrary followed by "Period", "book it" or "take it to the bank", getting beat by the BCS #s 1,2,11, and 12 isn't getting him fired. Gruden,Fulmer,Petrino,Smart or you high school coach isn't coming to UT. You can either pull for more wins now, or you can hope we implode so you predictions will seem validated. Just the facts. UT fans are reminding me of people who wanted the economy to get worse to blame Obama, or things to get worse in Iraq to blame Bush.

So, you can post in an absolute sense about the future of the program, but everyone else that does is out in the dark?

Well man 6-6 7-5 at best is our record and sub par recruiting class is our fate "Period", "book it" or "take it to the bank" your team giving up in every tough game is something to get fired for. We are going to be a basketball soon any ways man.

I laugh at this.

For the record one of those teams will probably stay that high. The others will slide down to some degree. Florida and Georgia play each other. If Florida survives that then the SEC title game will probably be them against Bama. South Carolina could even drop to Clemson if they arent careful and Mississippi State has to play LSU and Bama.

I don't know how many more times it can be said that it's more than the wins and losses

Players literally have no clue what they are doing on the field

I think you are missing the point. What we are saying as of right now Dooley has not earned the right to be our coach in 2013. The is just the facts.

Someone take my 2013 season tickets. If this is the product they put out on the field, I am not driving 6 hours one way, spending money on hotels, etc when I could sit back and watch them on the 106" screen.

AND the pressure cooker has been turned on high, the writing is on the wall, the media has been unleashed...the Dooley saga is over.

Why can't people just accept that?

Did you get that one the first Bama TD pass?

You know, the one where Bama ran 4 verticals and we cover the TE with 3 guys, in turn giving the QB the option to throw it left or right (where he chose) for a TD.

May not have been pretty but the friggin TE wasn't scoring. We had that rascal covered up.

He hadn't really earned it in 2010 either, but that doesn't mean that he won't be. Saying that he's 100% fired for losing THOSE 4 games is beyond idiotic.

Personally, I look at our 2013 schedule and figure we might as well keep him because it's an absolute gauntlet. The AD doesn't want to look like he made a bad hire just because the schedule is insane.

I can promise you that as things stand, this is the case. If Hart was going to base his decision on how we did against Bama, then he should have fired Dooley that day he got here, then resigned for being an idiot himself. I think Hart realizes that firing Dooley now is a big step towards UT being know as one of those places "you just can't win at", a place where promising coaches go to end their careers early, with unrealistic fans who are critical of every coach and player they have had for the last 10 years. (Name me one QB who has not been torn apart on these message boards.). We don't have the talent of FLA, UGA, ALA, LSU or USC, and this is apparent to every potential coach out there. The only time we had that kind of talent is when Alabama was on probation, and Spurrier wasn't at USC.
