Exactly -- and those successful run plays were from running counter plays against the over-stacked defense to the opposite side of the field, where we managed more than 120 yards on about 6 run plays, yet we only run counters once every 5 or so run plays, despite the fact Oregon wouldn't adjust (because they couldn't due to inferior defensive athletes.)
It kills me (even under Clawson) that when we have sub-effective QB play, we never get more creative with our running game and hit them at different points of attack with that effective running game.
I wish we could have run the G-Gun 10 times against that team......
