Dooley hate on GVX

Other than the fact that the whole business model is based around an interest in the UT athletic product, I agree with you.

VFL! GBO! Woooo Damn Rocky Top!!!!!!

You are putting in some work. I'm a fan.

If you've seen my posts on that topic you know there was some extreme sarcasm at work.

Again, that work is top notch. I tip my hat to you.

I'll do my best to make sure you don't realize I'm doing it. That is, if I were ever to do it. Which of course I wouldn't. Since it's against the rules. Or something...

See, this is why you are horrible at weeding out trolls. You're not even right about what a troll is.

You're actually making a comment on what you perceive as crying with as much as you actually cry on this board?

Goobers is a quality candy, might be different than the one he is thinking of though.

Possibly. I remember an old Civil War era song popular with Confederate soldiers called 'Goober Peas'. Perhaps he's aware that I'm a history guy. Or maybe it was a shout out to the recently deceased George Lindsey.

I knew him. He was a very funny man. He would get offended if you didn't ask for an autograph. Only negative thing about him was that he was a huge Alabama fan.

That's consistent with everything I have heard about him. I am ashamed to admit that I didn't become an Andy Griffith fan until I was in my early 20's. As a kid, I had a strange idea that anything not in color on TV meant it was no good. I was dead wrong. I prefer the older b&w shows by a wide margin. As I have grown older, wiser, and became a father, I lament the fact that there are not more quality clean shows that I can sit with my 7 & 9 year old daughters and watch a funny show without having to worry about pre-screening for content. Good, clean, funny show.
