There may be some kind of wording in the offers that make it true that Dooley was the first offer. I recall Cut giving an ultimatim yesterday, so I'm not so sure Cut was ever offered the job, just feeling him out (not up).

You can't offer a job to someone who's said they're not interested (Muschamp, etc.). I truly think the staff stipulations ended the conversation before it started with basically everybody up until Dooley, making him the only guy it was offered to.
