Donte Stallworth claims

Didn't lose to Florida 4 times and he's got two rings. Hard to call either of those seasons chokes... JMNSHO

Wasn’t the starter as a freshman.

You should have listened to your own advice. Peyton was the backup and didn't play against Florida in 1994.

Tennessee wound up rushing for 68 yards on 44 carries and didn't have much luck trying to throw the ball, either. The Gators registered five sacks against a trio of quarterbacks, including touted freshman Peyton Manning.

Kiffen on Outside the Lines just laughed at this..Said there was no deal for him,tee and steele.

Why, oh why do some of the rubes on this site bother to post such obvious trash to begin with?

Too many short bus riders on here. My. God. :banghead2:

You're making up arguments to points I never made.

My point was about Peyton not owing you clowns anything. My response was directly pointed to the bozo who said Peyton is dead to him for not beating Florida and failing his expectation in the NFL..

This is a special kind of stupid.

Si!

We have to debug and reboot the system.
To debug a nonfunctional computer program you have to fix the invalid of incorrect command line in the program. They error originally occurred when we got rid of Fulmer. Nothing has worked since that point. Bring back Phil as AD and maybe interim coach. Now go get Tee and Kevin Steele as coordinators. Dale jones is just over the mountain at App St and has done an excellent job with the LBs there. With this core in place you can fill the other coaching positions and stabilize the program. Yes, Phil has been out of coaching for 9 years but so has Gruden.

Please don't write code.

A) He didn't start in 94 v Florida

B) I have trouble blaming a QB for a loss when the O scores 29 and 37 points...and the D gives up 35 and 62, respectively.

...Lane Kiffin head coach, Tee Martin as OC, Kevin Steele as DC package...

Even though I'm not an ardent supporter of a possible return of Lane Kiffin to Knoxville, I would take this package any day of the week and twice on Sunday.

It's a vertible dream team.

If they hire a bozo its over. Alot of fans will step back. All the gravaling and begging will not bring lost donations back.

So then you do blame him for the 1998 Orange Bowl since the offense only scored 17 points right?

When did we start putting * by losses so we know the offense did not lose only the defense. Does this mean there are 2 W-L records.....one for the offense and one for the defense?

You should have listened to your own advice. Peyton was the backup and didn't play against Florida in 1994.

So because he did not play in the game he did not lose the game? Bench players have a different record than starters? Fact is Peyton played against Florida 4 times and his team lost all 4 games!

Yep Manning couldn't put pressure on their qb or cover their wrs. and he couldn't open holes and rush for 150.
But manning is siding with haslam and needs to get out way
