Possibly more money. Gets to coach at Alma Mater. If anyone could talk him into it, it's his old coach who he highly respects.

I'm sure he would want a HC opportunity somewhere. May be he isn't getting the offers he wants right now.

If Tee truly believes he is a year or two away from getting a HC job,there is no way in heck he's leaving a USC program that is way more relevant and successful for a total rebuilding job at Tennessee where he will most likely have to suffer one or two losing seasons.
