Don't discount Freeze's time under Orgeron

I dont know about any violations but Freeze and his staff are putting out hundreds of offers across the country and they have hit on a couple of highly rated players in illinois and indiana.

They are definitely parlaying the momentum from securing and winning a bowl game. I think they pick their recruiting battles wisely and offer the closer to home players more selectively.

Very selectively

Apparently not the quarterback...or at least he had an open mind and was willing to sacrifice for the team. :dance2:

The drastic jump in recruiting does make you wonder, but innocent until proven guilty. I do think the NCAA needs to take closer looks at these recruits who post pics of themselves with wads of money. They obviously want attention, so give it to them. They're begging to be investigated IMO.

While it is a nice little bit of money in the pic I'm thinking it would take a whole hell of a lot more than that to make anyone decide to go to Ole Miss plus they'd still have to throw in a lot of these :run: as well :) ... I just like giving the Ole Miss fans hell with the pic, they get so riled up lol :post-4-1090547912:

I honestly have no idea what so ever. And I'm sorry but even at a couple grand there's no way that's anywhere near enough to make someone go to Ole Miss :) If he got paid to go there wouldn't be anything in that pic but cash and not a close up either I'm talking the entire table and floor with all 100's and at the very least 7 inches deep, and that's just to think about it not actually go there :good!:

They have the most beautiful co-eds in the SEC. I'm sure that doesn't hurt the recruiting process. Even the fat chicks are hot.

True. But it would still have to be a whole lot more than a couple grand that way if Ole Miss didn't keep their end of the bargain after LOI was signed then there's money for wasting a whole year of his life because he would still have to transfer which would cost him a year. The recruit may not think like me but if it was me I'd want a little insurance in case they decided to stab me in the back thinking I'd stay because I'd have no other options for a year. So I'd want insurance money and quite a bit because even a junior college isn't cheap which would be the only available option left for at least a year. Once that LOI is signed OLE MISS doesn't have to let you transfer to a D1 school but they can't stop you from going to junior college for a year.

That's not how it works. ABC football team starts hanging out with glee club, yada yada yada, high school musical at ABC school.

Thanks...I'm not up to date on modern rumbles

The thing that gets me is this... Ole Miss shouldn't be able to get in the door with a few of these guys. I mean, the top 3 players in the country? The consensus #1 player in the country? The number 1 receiver in the country?

To be a great recruiter is one thing, but they shouldn't even be in the picture with the elite players. Especially not projected to land several.

This guy knows Sandra Bullock. Also, how do African Amercians go to a school that offers you a state that as if four years ago still had segregated proms?
