Don't Count Ky. As A Win Yet...They Beat Auburn

Kiffin has failed to beat anyone. You can't have it both ways. You can't say Monte is a better coach AND that UT has more talent without saying Brooks is a better coach. Neither could handle Florida. Brooks handled Auburn while Auburn had no problem beating Monte.

Let's see if Kentucky beats Georgia then you have room to talk.

Have to go for awhile fellas. If I don't talk to you before next weekend, good luck with Alabama. Should be great battle between the SEC elite.

Look, year and year out UT will most likely be a better program than UK. But, you need to realize that the SEC big boys, Florida, LSU, etc., aren't going to let a school in Knoxvillle compete with them very often.

Weird how we're in the top 10 in wins and neither of the two teams you mentioned are there with us.

Thanks for wishing us good luck, but do you realize how inconsistent that is with everything you have posted here?

You might want to look at the series record between UT and LSU before you make yourself look even stupider.

uk football sux....The End. Tennessee owned the 90's and has been in decline the last few years. Make no mistake about it pal, the decline is over. Tennessee will soon take its rightful place at the top of the SEC.

I missed this until it was quoted.

Did you really try to draw a comparison between UT's performance against Florida and Kentucky's? You realize that they have beaten you a combined 104-12 over the last two seasons, right?

Tennessee lost, and I'm not happy about that. What happened to UK was something I can't describe without using crude language about prison showers.

Fulmer and his staff deserved to get the boot for not landing Randall Cobb...I get sick just looking at him in the blue and white of KY. How in the world did we ever let this kid get away.

Let's look at it this way:

Last year's Tennessee team was probably the worst in the history of UT football.

Guess what? We still finished ahead of Kentucky in the SEC standings.

Ouch.

LMFAO!

Not only that, but we dominated them with that same crappy Tennessee team.

kentucky's best chance to beat us was that 25 overtime game a few years ago... now they have wait another 30 years

I'm sure it's been mentioned before but after seeing Randall Cobb run the "wildcat" agaist Auburn I'm guessing CLK wishes he would have given Nu'Keese a few more carries.

Yeah I guess they seen how good it worked and tried it more than once. Too bad our coaches didnt see the same thing.

SEC big boys? Is playing in the SEC championship game 3 out of the last 8 years considered being "competitive" with those big boys? Is Uk competitive with the big boys?

What about the first BCS national championship? What about a top 10 recruiting class in 3 months? And a top 5 recruiting class the next year? And a lead in each series with the "big boys" before the start of the 2008 season? Why would the top recruit in the nation choose to go to a small boy like us when he has offers from the big boys? We are right on par with the trash programs in the SEC, so why would any top recruit even consider coming to UT?

A trash program like UK gets visits from top recruits as a sympathy visit (ala Darren Myles) while a "big boy" program like UT actually lands top recruits because they realize we are a sleeping giant (ala, Bryce Brown, Janzen Jackson, Darren Myles, Eric Berry, etc..)

Quick, name one starter in the NFL from UK?

how can ANY Uk football fan talk about us when the only reason they beat U of L is becasue U of L may actually be the worst football "team' in football. That includes high school.

Could be a real fight on our hands.

If UT's WR's had made the catches they should have vs Aub... the score would have looked alot like the UGA score. Aub isn't a great football team this year especially on D. UT just self destructed with 5 or 6 drops in the first half. Those drops became catches vs UGA.

If I'm not mistaken, Fulmer lost to every other SEC team except for UK. That tells you where UK fits on the food chain.
