Have had mine in X5 sine 1985. I was grandfathered up until now. I renewed mine in November. I had to "donate" $150.

Giving ours up as they almost doubled $1,200 to $2,220. Lost employee perks so had to donate $150 per seat and I think they reduced our discount as well.

Previously it worked out well since I could purchase them and be able to sell the ones I didn't use for around face when we couldn't attend which was about half the games. It got harder to sell them the last couple of years so not going to worry about them anymore. Surprisingly, my wife is now the one that doesn't want to "give up the seats for the future". Like others have said, $2,220 will buy me a nice TV and more while still allowing me to not be torn between a game and my daughter's activities.

It was sad to see the turnout at some games this year, but the turnout for Ole Miss shows that we can pack the place. That competitive needle just needs to keep moving in the right direction.

The trendline for COVID has been and will be a factor as well. Moreso for my (older) generation. My time on these boards has picked up a lot due to trying to limit exposure to the latest strain and staying home. I had the original version, the infusion, two Pfizer shots and the follow-up booster, but still fear each new strain. I was real lucky with the first pass, but don't want to push my luck. I know too many people that have been on both ends of the impact curve for all three major versions of this stuff. Older bones for me and new knees for the wife are a factor as well. But there are plenty of younger folks out there to fill the voids when the fear factor goes away or at least down.

Can anyone advise me on parking passes? Where are some good locations? I'd love to get in the garage right by Thompson if it's available. Also I'm section L if that helps with where to park. I've been to very few games as a fan (worked as a vendor for a bit).

Did anyone else see a big drop in their donation amounts required to renew season tickets? My seats are in the lower level and usually require a donation of $500 per seat annually. This season, my donation was $150 per seat. Not complaining, but what’s the reason?

My tickets in section D went up from $2500 to $4000 and I lost my tax deduction. I had been grandfathered in since the 70s

Best thing would be to call ticket office. Parking lottery is in spring usually and has been based on annual giving in the past. But ticket office can tell you this years plan

I had season tickets in Section S for a number of years.. They were tickets that my father first got in 1933 and were good seats. Those tickets were grandfathered to me in the 1990s. A few years ago, they requested an additional $2000 per ticket which I could not afford. Therefore, they transferred me to Section Q. Now they have increased my donation $150 per ticket. They are now hounding me for additional donations. I get phone calls and emails all the time asking for more and more money. At age 83, I will not longer donate any additional money and am seriously thinking about roping my tickets. It isa shame that they have have come so fixated on badgering us older alumni and want to take what little extra cash we might have. This is one reason why I am so concerned about being unable see even some basketball and almost all "minor" spots on TV. The lack of respect for us old guys and gals in ridiculous.

They are pretty sure they won't have to pay Pruitt?
