Had to put her down yesterday. It killed me inside seeing her suffer but around thursday took a turn for the worse. Couldn't stand, walk, or control her bowels. Hardest thing I have ever done but after hearing several Vets opinions. Set up all friday night and yesterday being with her she was suffering.

Loved-Hiking, Fetching anything(frisbee,stick, leaf, remote control she would throw them at my feet.)Loved the snow,cold weather, and her own master.
Hated-Summer time(hot), Fourth of July, and thunderstorms. plus other female dogs. Queen B!tch.
5/12/12 RIP girl. :cray: Lived a great life and will be missed by her family and friends.

Checks no longer float. Mail might but checks don't. You got about 1 day. Usually less with daily deposits made before 3. You'd be effed.

Doing great brother. I'm loving life right now. I took my 16 yo dog to the vet today for his shots and I was thinking about this thread the whole time. Hope he can hang on with me for a little longer

I feel like we are close again. Seems like its happening every weekend. Maybe, just maybe, this dog likes the peace and quiet during the week and us hanging out is sending him into stroke mode.
Gonna put him in a laundry basket and take him out to swim tomorrow. He is done with steps. It sounds terrible, but I have a slight hope that he has a great day swimming, then goes to sleep happy and passes. I know that sounds bad, but its the truth. And he's my man.

Doesn't sound bad brother. I know it's hard to let go but sooner or later we all need the final rest. Hope he doesn't have to suffer.

I'm over it already and laugh at the lil things already. We just went out to dinner and told my wife glad Rocket isn't in the backyard she would be up our back porch steps 10 steps long and break her back.(thunder in the area). Just glad she isn't suffering anymore. Hope Mousse has an easy transition. Good luck, man.

Hope so..trying to get him big..He is a great lil boy only gets upset when hungry. I am tall but got the skinny genes. He is big and his height is what gives him his weight. Fat legs and cheeks will try to get some pics up this weekend. How old and big is your lil girl?

She is 3 mos and is 12.7 lbs and 22 inches. She is doing great

I'm so sorry to hear this. It sounds like he's had a great life and has provided you with many good memories. Can't imagine having to go through this with my dog.

One of my dogs has screaming nightmares. He's at it again right now. I don't wanna get up to wake him. So comfy.... oh FUUUUU brb

This is my Chocolate Lab. His name is Kodi. Short for Kodiak Hershey Bear. Love this guy. Have had him since he was a puppy. He had a case of puppy mange, but you couldn't tell now. Very sweet, and just very awesome.
