Dog the Bounty Hunter Loses...

A lot. But bounty hunting is illegal. He went down there and broke the law, so he gets put in prison. That's how it works. I have no doubt that if he ends back up in prison in Mexico he would be killed within a month or two.
$ years in a prison camp is a bit much

I know he broke the law, but if breaking the law means getting a serial rapist, then that's fine w/ me. who cares bout mexico, they need to learn how to keep their own ppl in their country
I agree that it's a good thing the serial rapist got caught and all, but the law is the law. You break it, you get thrown in jail. And it's not comparable to a case like the boy in Georgia who got head from some girl and he got put in jail; it's not an old archaic law, it's bounty hunting.

And yeah, just give Mexico five years or so to magically elevate itself from third world status. Takes no time at all.

What if that man he caught had messed with Danica Patrick huh huh then you would like dog!!!!!
there's a right way and a wrong way to get justice. Some vigilante thug going into a foreign country where bounty hunting is illegal and kidnapping someone, which is exactly what he did since he had no legal authority to take the guy into custody, is the wrong way. Dog is NOT a police officer, he is a private vigilante who is hired by the bail bond company. That's all. He didn't go after Luster because he was a rapist, he went after him because he jumped bail and the bail bondsman was about to lose that money.

He got caught breaking the law and he was arrested. He made bail and then he fled. Nobody else seems to see the irony in the fact that the world's most famous bounty hunter jumped bail the first chance he got. What a coward.

The irony is out gov't reaction. Big thumbs down to the US government on this one for being both spineless and hypocritical.

Federal agents were more than happy to take Luster off Dog's hands, knowing full well where and how Dog picked him up. You didn't see the government turning away Dog, lecturing him on international borders, and releasing Luster back to Mexico.

Nope, our government takes Luster, pays Dog, and when the Mexicans throw a fit, caves in like a coal mine. If Luster was apprehended illegally then why is he still in a US prison? Obviously we pick and choose which laws are followed.

Of course they were. It didn't matter how Dog had picked him up, he is a vigilante. But he broke the law in the process and now he has to answer for his crime.
Nope, our government takes Luster, pays Dog,
Dog is paid by the bail bond company, not the government
and when the Mexicans throw a fit, caves in like a coal mine.
When Mexico asked for a wanted fugitive to be returned, the government complied. Would you rather have the U.S. in the business of harboring fugitives?
If Luster was apprehended illegally then why is he still in a US prison?
Because he is a criminal.
Obviously we pick and choose which laws are followed
I don't see how you get that. Luster will have to answer for his crimes, and Dog will have to answer for his. Show me how that's picking and choosing.

If this means that Dog the Bounty Hunter won't be on TV anymore, I side with Mexico.
